The Rose Festival Princess from Parkrose High School is Jacqueline Ngo.

On March 15, Jacqueline was named a princess of this year's court. She is a junior at Parkrose High School and expects to graduate next June. After graduation, Jacqueline will study computer science and criminal justice, and is considering a career as a cyber forensics analyst.

Jacqueline understands that being on the court lets her be a voice for herself, her school, and her community. She shares, “As a student at Parkrose High School, I have always valued uplifting other women and representing Parkrose as a positive environment that fosters consideration and empathy.”

Looking forward to the Portland Rose Festival, Jacqueline eagerly anticipates the Starlight Parade. She says, “My favorite event is the Starlight Parade. It is a way for me to support the Parkrose High School band and performing teams as a fellow student.”
