Black/African American participants are wanted to talk about experiences as a Black/African American person walking in Portland.

Researchers are looking for Black/African American Portlanders to share their experiences as a pedestrian in Portland. This is an opportunity to share your experiences, both positive and negative, about walking in Portland. Oregon Walks and researchers from Portland State University are hosting two focus groups to hear from the community.

This is a 90-minute focus group, with sessions taking place from 7 to 9 p.m. April 6 in N/NE Portland and from 2 to 4 p.m. April 8. Participants will receive $30 for their time, and food will be provided. If interested and available, please email pdxwalk@pdx.edu by April 2.
