Victoria Renee Collins was born on November 1, 1979 in Portland, Ore. to Eddie Collins Jr. and DeEtta Morris-Collins.

She attended Irvington Elementary School, Fernwood Middle School, Benson High School and Oregon State University majoring in Sociology. Her parents instilled the importance of education into her and this intelligent woman had a bachelor’s degree and two master’s degrees.

She was a strong independent woman who dedicated her life to others whether it be through working various places such as: Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., Irvington Grade school where she taught Pre-K and Kindergarten, trained and worked at King Elementary School, Member of the State Teachers Core. Whatever it was she put her mind to wanting to do, she did it.

She was a woman who was passionate, dedicated and loyal to her friends and family. But what we loved the most about her is the love she had for her family. The same love that is still here embracing them.

Victoria is survived by her: Parents: Eddie Collins Jr. and DeEtta Morris-Collins of Portland, Ore.; Brothers: Brian Collins of Riverside, Calif. and Edward Mainor of Waco, Texas; Aunts: Delores Frazier (Billie) of Portland, Ore., Elaine Gultry of Portland, Ore., Arthelia Coverson of Federal Way, Wash., Darlene Barrett of Seattle, Wash., Synetta Morris of Portland, Ore. and Jackie Morris of Sacramento, Calif.

We love and miss you dearly, our beloved Victoria.

Services will be held Saturday Oct 5, 2019 at Emmanuel Temple Church, 1033 N. Sumner Street.
