David Cameron has emerged as Britain's new prime minister, after five days of negotiations. Cameron, the leader of the Conservative party has succeeded in his negotiations with the Liberal Democrat party, reaching an agreement that will allow the Conservatives to take power in a coalition government. Nick Clegg, the leader of the 'Lib Dems' will become deputy prime minister. Cameron will lead the first coalition government in Britain since Winston Churchill's wartime cabinet.  He also will be the youngest prime minister in 100 years.
