We’re building healthy lifestyles this year — together!

The Currys never hesitate to lend a helping hand. Whether it’s providing meals on wheels for the community and to children during the pandemic, launching a STEM scholarship for girls, or creating little libraries to combat low literacy rates, this couple is always down to help out!

A complete program

This time, Mrs. Curry is helping you tackle your new year resolutions surrounding health. The chef recently partnered with MyFitnessPal to launch the Jumpstart Your Health challenge and has been on a health journey for the last three years. She says she'll be utilizing the app to fulfill her 2023 goal of building more muscle.

“Over the years and as a busy mom of three, I’ve always looked to MyFitnessPal as a partner on my wellness journey to track my meals, fitness, and hydration goals. I’m so excited to partner with MyFitnessPal on the Jumpstart Your Health Challenge to share some tips and recipes that have worked for me,” Curry said. “I’ve committed to the 14-day challenge to gain more lean muscle and eat plant-based protein.”

During the two-week challenge, she’ll be giving out tips and recipes that can help users reach their personal goals. The nutrition and fitness app helps you find meal prep ideas, track meals and hydration levels, and log workouts. The mother and wife is encouraging users to work at their own pace and says she prioritizes her resolutions on a monthly basis so her goals are more attainable.

Enjoying life

CEO of MyFitnessPal Tricia Han stated, “The start of a new year marks an opportunity to reset and establish intentions for the next 12 months. Many people make resolutions about their health. Whether it’s about weight, nutrition, or fitness, MyFitnessPal recognizes that everyone’s wellness goals are different, and we have the tools to help navigate every journey.”

“Your health is your wealth."

"If your body isn’t in shape, you won’t be able to do everything you want.:

"You can’t pour from an empty cup,” Curry added.

You can learn more about MyFitnessPal by visiting their website or downloading the app, available now in the App Store and Google Play.

Let’s get to work (at our own paces), family!
