SAND IN THE CITY. More than 450 tons of sand will be brought in to create a whimsical display of sand sculptures. 100 percent of the proceeds support Kids on the Block programs. Pioneer Courthouse Square. This is an all weekend event.

Saturday July 18

CARDIC SCREENINGS HELP DETECT HEART RISK IN TEEN ATHLETES. Parents of teen athletes can learn about their child's heart, health and find out whether their teen is at risk from a heart condition. 8 a.m. – 2 p.m. The screening fee is $10.
