Allen Temple CME Church Women’s Day Celebration

 The Rev. Dr. LeRoy Haynes, senior pastor/presiding elder, and First Lady Doris Mays Haynes are inviting the public to attend the Annual Women’s Day Celebration on Sunday, Dec.1, 11 a.m. at Allen Temple CME Church, 4236 NE 8th Avenue.

Keynote speaker will be the President of Portland Community College, Adrien Bennings, PhD. Program theme is “Kingdom Women Walking in Power.”

Bennings is the eighth president of Portland Community College  and the first permanent female president in its history. Her extraordinary career is a stellar example of excellent leadership, motivation and empowerment.

Regina Green, program chair has planned a celebration of inspiration, music and fellowship.

The congregation  will recognize the oldest "Mother" of its church.
