The community forum will take place Monday, March 21 at 6:00 p.m. at the Beatrice Morrow community room located at 3340 NE Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.

The Kafoury Court has been vacant for nearly 10 years, but PCRI is now ready to redevelop the property. The plan includes 40 units, 5 are studios and 35 are one-bedroom units. There will also be permanent supportive housing placements for all of the units. Community members will have an opportunity to see a rendering of the project and meet the PCRI development team.

“PCRI is excited to announce the redevelopment of Kafoury Court”, said Kymberly Horner, PCRI Executive Director.

“By revitalizing this space, beauty will be brought to an already vibrant neighborhood, and more housing will be created.

"When completed, the project will have affordable rental units, along with community and onsite management space. We are very grateful for the support from Meyer Memorial Trust for assisting our organization with over $100,000 in pre-development dollars to launch the project.”
