The fourth community meeting presented by the Portland Peace Initiative (PPI) and convened by IPAC (Interfaith Peace & Action Collaborative), will take place virtually on March 15. The event will feature public safety officials who share their views on how community members can leverage resources of their agencies to continue addressing the crisis of gun violence.

During this meeting five public safety officials will be featured: Scott Asphaug, Interim US Attorney; Mike Myers, City of Portland Community Safety Transition Director; Kieran Ramsey, FBI Special Agent In Charge; Chief Deputy District Attorney at Multnomah County Kirsten Snowden; and Chief Chuck Lovell of the Portland Police Bureau.

In addition, attendees will have the opportunity to share their personal programs, projects, thoughts and ideas in surveys distributed virtually during this event. This data will provide content for a fourth interim report.

The special evening session will be held on March 15, 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
