Carless Zone: Hawthorne Between SE 30th and Cesar Chavez

On Sunday, Aug. 26, 11 a.m. – 5 p.m, join Hawthorne merchants, local non-profits, neighborhood associations and vendors for live music, lots of fun and great food. End your summer with friends while gathering new information and/or must-have items for school, home or work at the 38th Annual Hawthorne Street Fair.

Stages at SE 31st and SE 38th will add to the fun and a parking lot for vehicles is located at Central Christian Church, 1844 SE Cesar Chavez.

The boulevard area is permitted to be closed from SE 30th Avenue to Cesar Chavez Boulevard, SE 39th. Activities extend further east to New Seasons Market, and more. The information booth is at SE 34th and Hawthorne. Beneficiary this year is Echo Theater’s Scholarship Fund.
