Multnomah County Library Announces Remaining Reopening Dates

Beginning Tuesday, July 13, more libraries in Multnomah County will reopen every week to expand public access to library materials and basic services. Currently, Capitol Hill, Gregory Heights, Gresham, Holgate, Kenton, Midland, Rockwood and Woodstock libraries are open.

Remaining libraries will reopen for public access with pre-pandemic operating hours (except for new hours at Central Library; see current hours and locations). Patrons can browse, pick up holds without an appointment, use computers and Wi-Fi, scan/fax/print documents and get help from library staff. There are no time limits. Masks are recommended for patrons. Other library services like in-person programs, youth storytimes and public meeting room use will begin later and expand over time.

July 13: Hillsdale Library
July 20: Fairview-Columbia Library, Troutdale Library
July 27: Hollywood Library, North Portland Library, Northwest Library, St. Johns Library
August 3: Belmont Library, Sellwood-Moreland Library
August 10: Central Library (new hours)
August 24: Albina Library
