Shatter, LLC, a new women-led political consulting firm is launching this week. Focused on providing strategic campaign services emphasizing diversity, equity, and inclusion, the firm fills a void in the industry of political consulting by offering campaigns access to a diverse team of political professionals who, not only have experience elevating the voices of groups long dissociated from American electoral politics and decision making, but represent those voices as well.

“I’m proud to be a part of an amazing group of women who not only have helped elect trailblazers but are all trailblazers themselves. Individually, we have worked to push forward policies and candidates committed to helping women and people of color. Now, through Shatter, we have collectively created a partnership that reflects the same diversity as the candidates and causes we represent,” said Cyreena Boston Ashby.
