Shatter, LLC, a new women-led political consulting firm is launching this week. Focused on providing strategic campaign services emphasizing diversity, equity, and inclusion, the firm fills a void in the industry of political consulting by offering campaigns access to a diverse team of political professionals who, not only have experience elevating the voices of groups long dissociated from American electoral politics and decision making, but represent those voices as well.
