Multnomah County Community Involvement Survey

Multnomah County’s Office of Community Involvement (OCI) was created to foster engagement between County leadership and the community to better deliver services, reflect community values and meet people’s diverse needs.

Help us update our engagement-focused advisory body, the Community Involvement Committee (CIC), by completing this 10 -15 minute survey.

The survey is anonymous and does not require you to provide any personal information. While we plan to keep individual responses confidential, all information is subject to public records request as allowable under law.
