The court battle between Mel Gibson and girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva just got uglier.
Grigoriev, who last week filed for a restraining order against Gibson alleges the Mad Max movie star can be violent, threatening and abusive. And reporters from the website radaronline say they have heard audiotapes of Gibson verbally threatening Grigorieva, the mother of the couple's 7-month-old daughter Lucia, as well as calling here a "psycho c***, and a whore.
