This Sunday, Portlanders can enjoy nearly 6 miles of traffic-free streets in Northeast Portland with the first Sunday Parkways of summer. From 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on May 16, bike riders, walkers, roller skaters and skateboarders can choose to go one of two ways on a continuous loop that touches Woodlawn, Alberta, Fernhill, and Wilshire parks.

Volunteers will be present at designated route crossings to make the entire ride as safe as possible for families. For more information, visit www.portlandsundayparkways.org.
