Request for Proposals 3549 On-Call Services for Planning and Development Metro, a metropolitan service district organized under the laws of the State of Oregon and the Metro Charter, located at 600 NE Grand Avenue, Portland, OR 97232-2736, is requesting submittals for On-Call Services for the Planning and Development Department. Metro is seeking proposals from qualified firms able to perform the following services associated with the listed tasks in each service category: Economic Analysis and Forecasting (including, but not limited to: cost/benefit analysis, sector specific assessments, workforce capacity/training research), Equitable and Affordable Housing Policy (including, but not limited to: policy analysis, research, community/stakeholder outreach, evaluation of housing development feasibility), and Project Management (including, but not limited to: identifying appropriate evaluation metrics, coordinating work of consultants, providing meeting facilitation). Sealed submissions are due no later than 2:00 p.m. July 31, 2018 in Metro’s business offices at 600 NE Grand Avenue, Portland, OR 97232-2736, Attention: Julie Hoffman, Procurement Analyst, RFP 3549.
