REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS RFP 3507 VoIP Managed Services and Support Metro, a metropolitan service district organized under the laws of the State of Oregon and the Metro Charter, located at 600 NE Grand Avenue, Portland, OR 97232-2736, is requesting proposals for VoIP Managed Services and Support. Metro is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide managed services for supporting our Cisco VoIP systems and environment. Metro will continue to use existing contracts for structured cabling and phone migrations to the VoIP environment; this RFP is focused on ensuring the daily support, availability, and stability of this environment. Sealed submissions are due no later than 2:00 PM, May 25, 2018 in Metro’s business offices at 600 NE Grand Avenue, Portland, OR 97232-2736, Attention: Karen Slusarenko, Procurement Analyst, RFP 3507.
