Canadian Senator Romeo Dallaire is in Portland this weekend to deliver the commencement address for Lewis & Clark’s College of Arts and Sciences graduation ceremonies Saturday, May 18. The event will be livestreamed so anyone with computer access can watch it as it happens and hear Dallaire’s speech.
