The citizens group (I'm) Everyday People will be holding a Palm Sunday Prayer Vigil at certain sites where unarmed citizens have died at the hands of Portland Police.

Starting at 3 p.m. on March 28, mourners will travel to six different sites to commemorate the lives of Deontae Keller, Kendra James, James Jahar Perez, Dickie Dow, James Chasse.
