Keh Chang Wu leaves his wife, Hwei Lan Wu, and three children: Karen, Alice, and David. His oldest daughter, Ing Chou, passed away in 2005. Mr. Wu also leaves two grandchildren, Matthew and Sarah.

Mr. Wu was 87 years old. He served as an aviator in the Chinese Air Force during World War ll.
