Two children, one boy and one girl, will win bikes at a drawing at 4 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 4 at The Seattle Public Library, Lake City Branch, 12501 28th Ave. N.E.
The drawing is free and open to the public. No registration is required. Free parking is available in the branch parking lot.
For the "Bikes to Books" program, second- and third-grade students have been reading books for the past three months and putting slips with their names into a box for the drawing for every 10 books they read.
Winners are chosen at the drawing and must be present to win. Refreshments will be served. The program is presented in partnership with the Yancey C. Blalock Masonic Lodge.
For more information, call the branch at 206-684-7518.
