Portland Community Reinvestment Initiatives (PCRI) will host a community event to celebrate the organization’s 30-year anniversary of being a catalystfor change and leading affordable housing options to residents in North/Northeast Portland.

“Because community is embedded in all that we do; we invite the public to join us in this milestone celebration,” said Kymberly Horner, PCRI Executive Director.

The Harvest Festival Fun(d)Raiser will take place on Saturday, October 15, from 12-5 p.m. at the Historic Overlook House located at 3839 N Melrose Dr. The afternoon will be a fun filled day of food, drinks, games, prizes, music and other surprises, all free to the public.

Additionally, Horner said, “we would also like to highlight a generous grant of $250,000 from Wells Fargo Bank. The grant will be utilized for our Pathway 1000 homeownership counseling program and for down payment assistance.” Wells Fargo will be on hand to present the check to PCRI and discuss their commitment to advanceracial equity in homeownership in the United States.
