Mark your calendars, The Jefferson High School Alumni Association (JHSAA) will be back on the block with their annual block party. This inaugural event will have tons of entertainment in tow, including a live DJ and music, a rib contest, card and domino tournaments and activities for kids too!

Jefferson High School, founded in 1908, has long been a staple of the North/Northeast community, producing great alumni who have graced our neighborhoods and abroad with their amazing talents. The JHSAA was founded in 2006 with a mission to revitalize the network of graduates and establish support systems for students through advocacy and initiatives. Current and past programs and initiatives have included summer employment and internship opportunities, student scholarships and sponsorships, leadership development and support.

Come one, come all!

The goal of the event is to unify the Jefferson High School Community, honor the community past, present and future, and build a united community to influence positive change in the City of Portland by embracing the diversity uniqueness of the Jefferson High School Community.

There’s no need to be an alumni or have any roots connecting to Jefferson High School, this event is open to the public and everyone is welcome to come out and join in. You don’t want to miss it!
