Today, Multnomah County Elections unveiled its new Voting Center Express inside the Multnomah County East Building in downtown Gresham.

The Voting Center Express is part of Multnomah County Elections’ efforts to expand access to voting services.

Its location, in downtown Gresham, will provide a closer choice for service for more than 165,000 Multnomah County voters who live east of I-205.

This area of the county has the fastest growing voter registration.

People who live in this area:

  • Are more likely to have moved recently and move more often,
  • Are more likely to be a new or naturalized US Citizen,
  • Are more likely to speak English less than very well.

At the Voting Center Express citizens can replace a lost or damaged ballot or update their voter registration information. Voters with a disability can get assistance, as well as those that speak a language other than English.

Elections staff will be available for questions or any other elections-related matter.
