Rossi has spent her career in service to women and emerging student leaders, specifically focused on building opportunities and access for diverse and underserved youth.

She comes to the Center for Women's Leadership from Innovative Changes, where she led the organization in providing financial knowledge, products and services to the most overlooked and underrepresented communities — including women and people of color.

Prior to her work at Innovative Changes, Rossi was Director of Programs at the “I Have a Dream” Foundation, where she launched and led the first Dreamer School in the nation.

The CWL’s search for a new executive director was an inclusive, intentional and national quest that relied on the experience and feedback of CWL’s Alumnae, Board of Advisors, Honorary Council, PSU Leaders, and the greater community. This highly competitive search and collective review process led to Rossi, a leader that embodies the values, distinct organizational personality and passionate desire to support women and girls.

After 14 years of dedication to women leaders, the diverse network of the civically-focused CWL continues to grow. Its goal is to build a future where every woman can thrive freely on her own journey. The CWL believes in the increasing interest in supporting programming with an intersectional feminist lens. Over the next few months, Rossi and her team will work collaboratively to steer the CWL towards continued success.
