PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) — A grand jury in Portland has indicted a 23-year-old man in last November's fatal shooting of a man outside a northeast Portland nightclub.

The Oregonian reports that the indictment charges Xavier Bolden with one count of murder, additional counts of attempted aggravated murder and related charges.

Officers responded early on Nov. 9 to a report of a large fight and riot outside the Fontaine Bleau Nightclub. As more than 100 customers left the club, gunfire broke out and several bullets hit 30-year-old Durieul Harris, who died 15 feet from the club's front door.

In recent weeks, Harris' relatives have made public pleas for information in the killing.

Two other people, Sheila Shelby and Fredrick Conner, suffered non-life-threatening gunshot wounds.

The indictment accuses Bolden of killing Harris and then attempting to kill Shelby, Conner and a third person at the club.

Bolden is sought on an arrest warrant.
