Mt. Hood Community College will be offering several new Online Career Training programs dedicated to "going green." These new programs are a compilation of numerous green courses that are highly relevant for those looking to enter or retool their current career in the in-demand field of sustainable energy.
The interrelated programs focus on using natural resources, alternative energy sources and structural modification in order to preserve the natural environment. Programs include:
Building Analyst Quick Start Program (BPI BA Certification).
Certified Green Supply Chain Professional;
Certified Indoor Air Quality Manager;
Certified Indoor Environmentalist;
Natural Gas Plant Operations;
Performing Comprehensive Building Assessments;
Principles of Green Buildings;
Senior Certified Sustainability Professional;
Wind Energy Apprentice.
