VANCOUVER HOUSING AUTHORITY NOTICE OF WAITLIST OPENING

CAMAS RIDGE THREE BEDROOM

VHA is opening a waitlist for subsidized 3 bedroom units at Camas Ridge. Camas Ridge is a new apartment community located on Prune Hill at 1420 NW 28th Avenue, Camas. These units are project -based, meaning the subsidy can only be used at this property. There are currently two available units. Applicants must have income less than 50% of Area Median Income for their family size. For a family of five, this limit is $38,450. Applicants must qualify for a 3 bedroom unit meaning family size must be between 5 and 7 persons. Families with members who are disabled and require a reasonable accommodation may be eligible even if there are fewer than 5 family members.

Applications will be available November 7 through November 17 and must be returned to the VHA by November 28 at 5:00 pm. Applications will be selected by lottery. The date and time you return the application will not matter as long as you return it by November 28 at 5:00 pm.
