The Skanner News will be covering both national and local election night news. National election coverage comes from a partnership with the historically black university, Howard University in Washington D.C.

Howard University News Service will feature live broadcasts from their facebook page and print stories from area. Articles include a feature on ex-felons who will be voting for the first time, voter turnout results, a reflection on the end of the Obama era and more.

The Skanner News will be live blogging from the Oregon Convention Center tomorrow evening and updating election results as they come in.
