Lease Crutcher Lewis, LLC, serving as the Construction Manager/General Contractor
(CM/GC) on the Roosevelt High School Modernization Project for Portland Public
Schools (PPS) is soliciting proposals from qualified Chain Link Fencing and Gates /
Picket Fencing and Gates, Tennis Courts, Pavement Markings / Signage, Site
Concrete, Landscaping / Irrigation, Masonry Repair & Restoration, Metal Wall Panels /
Flashings / Sheet Metal, Wood Siding / Exterior Wood Repair, Seismic Joints, Caulking
/ Joint Sealants, OH Coiling Doors & Grilles, Aluminum Storefronts / Glazing, Wood
Window Replacement & Restoration, Skylights, Fall Arrest Systems, Doors / Frames /
Hardware – Furnish and Install, Finish Carpentry / Casework / Counters, Carpet / VCT /
Rubber Flooring / Sealed Concrete / Walk-Off Mats, Ceramic Tile, Wood Flooring,
Painting & Wall Coverings, Marker Boards / Tack Boards / Acoustical Wall Treatments /
Acoustical Panels / Tackable Wall Surfaces / Projection Screens, Misc. Specialties,
Signage, Lockers / Benches, Window Treatments, Food Service Equipment, Theater
Equipment, Fume Hoods, Appliances, Athletic Equipment, Precast Concrete, and Final
Clean subcontractors for the construction of the Roosevelt High School Modernization
Project in Portland, Oregon. Terms and conditions of the proposal are outlined in
Lease Crutcher Lewis, LLC (CM/GC) “Invitation to Bid”, dated August 19, 2015,
attached to and made a part of the Contract Documents.

Proposals will be received at the offices of Lease Crutcher Lewis, LLC, (CM/GC),
550 SW 12th Avenue, Portland, Oregon 97205, until 2:00 P.M. PST, September 10,
2015 at which time the proposals will be opened with a PPS representative
present. Facsimile and e-mailed bids will be permitted (written confirmation with
original bid shall be submitted no later than 3 working days from date of bid
opening). Fax to 503.223.2874 or e-mail to roosevelt@lewisbuilds.com. Proposals
shall be clearly marked “Roosevelt High School Modernization Bid Package #3 –
Bid Package #3.XX:___________________”.

Lease Crutcher Lewis intends to submit a bid for Bid Package 3.09 – Wood Siding
/ Exterior Wood Repair. All bids for these packages shall be submitted directly to
Portland Public Schools by 2:00 P.M. PST, September 10, 2015. Bids should be

The total building construction cost is projected to be approximately $70 Million.
Lewis is currently only soliciting bids on Bid Package #3 for the scopes described
above.
The Project Site is located at, 6941 N. Central Street, Portland, OR.
A pre-bid walk will be held at the project site on August 27, 2015 @ 10:00 AM at
the project site. Proposers shall meet at the front entrance to the school off of N.
Central Street. The pre-bid walk will be non-mandatory.

All proposers must comply with the following requirements: Licensed with Construction
Contractors Board ORS 671.530, Resident Status ORS 279A.120. Proposals will not
be considered unless RECEIVED by 2:00 P.M. PST on September 10, 2015, and
fully completed in the manner provided by the “Instructions to Proposers”.
