On Wednesday, the late Linda Hornbuckle and Janice Scroggins were honored at a community musical legacy concert at Dawson Park. The event featured musical tributes by LaRhonda Steele, Norman Sylvester, Lenanne Sylvester Miller, Arietta Scroggins Ward and Nafisaria Scroggins.

The concert was sponsored by the Legacy Emanuel Medical Center in partnership with Portland Parks and Recreation.
