MERC is soliciting bids including all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and services necessary, for upgrades to the HVAC Controls at the Portand’5 Centers for the Arts Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall. Sealed bids are due no later than 2:00 pm April 8, 2015 in Metro’s business offices at 600 NE Grand Avenue, Portland, OR 97232-2736, Attention: Julie Hoffman, Procurement Analyst, RFB 2936. Contractor is to provide all material, labor and equipment necessary to remove existing cooling tower and replace with new as shown in the RFB A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for all potential prime and sub-contractors on March 25, 2015, at 3:00 p.m. in the main lobby of the Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall, located at 1037 SW Broadway, Portland, OR 97205. Interested sub-contractors are also invited. Bidding documents can be viewed and downloaded from the Oregon Procurement Information Network (ORPIN), at http://orpin.oregon.gov/open.dll/. Metro may accept or reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, or waive irregularities not affecting substantial rights if such action is deemed in the public interest.
