Unite Oregon

Unite Oregon and Muslim Educational Trust announce a Muslim Women Unite event from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 4 in the Cathy Conference Room at the Beaverton Library, 12375 SW 5th St, Beaverton.

This will be a safe space for everyone to come together and unite our communities, standing strong with mothers, sisters, grandmothers, aunts and daughters. Immigrants, refugees, people of color and people experiencing poverty are especially encouraged to come. But ALL are welcome.

The event will include:

  • Know Your Rights Training
  • Sharing stories of hate-related incidents
  • Community safety planning & reporting
  • Community resources
