Notice of Public Hearing
Regarding Issuance of Multi-Family
Housing Revenue Bonds

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Board of County Commissioners of Washington County, Oregon (the “County”) beginning at 10:00 a.m. on March 17, 2015, at the Auditorium of the Charles D. Cameron Public Services Building, 155 N First Avenue Hillsboro, Oregon 97124 with respect to the issuance by the Housing Authority of Washington County of not more than $29,500,000 aggregate face amount of tax-exempt bonds (the “Bonds”) in one or more series, the proceeds of which will be used to finance costs of issuance and a portion of the costs of the following facility:

Facility:    Sunset View Apartments (the “Facility”)
Address:    16251 SW Jenkins Road, Beaverton, OR 97006
Initial Owner: Pedcor Investments – 2013 – CXXIV Limited Partnership, an Oregon  limited partnership
Description of Facility: 236 multifamily rental apartment units targeted towards individuals and families earning incomes at or below 60% of area median income, and functionally related and subordinate facilities.  The facility will consist primarily of six 3-story, walk-up buildings, four 4-story elevator-served buildings and a community clubhouse, and will include a playground, community room, fitness center, and business center on contiguous tracts of land and on-site pedestrian access to the Waterhouse multipurpose trail.

Interested individuals of the general public are invited to attend the public hearing and may express their views regarding either the Bonds or the Facility, both orally and in writing.  Oral comments may be offered by attending the hearing in person.  Written comments should be submitted to the Board of County Commissioners, c/o  Ms. Angie Aguilar, Suite 300, 155 N. First Avenue, Hillsboro, OR 97124 and must be received before the hearing.  Further information regarding the Bonds and the Facility will be available at the hearing or upon written request, submitted to the Board of County Commissioners, c/o Ms. Angie Aguilar, Suite 300, 155 N. First Avenue, Hillsboro, OR 97124 before the hearing.  This notice is published pursuant to the public approval requirements of Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended.
