REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Interior Finishes Master Plan
Metro, a metropolitan service district organized under the laws of the State of Oregon and the Metro Charter, located at 600 NE Grand Avenue, Portland, OR 97232-2736, is hereby requesting sealed proposals for a Interior Finishes Master Plan at the Oregon Convention Center
Sealed proposals are due no later than 2:00 p.m. March 18, 2015 in Metro’s business offices at 600 NE Grand Avenue, Portland, OR 97232-2736, Attention: Julie Hoffman, Procurement Analyst, RFP 2792.
The initial phase of this project will be to provide schematic design for the main elements listed in the RFP. Once the schematic designs have been approved, the elements will be separated into individual projects for design development, construction document preparation, bidding and construction phases on a per project basis will begin.
A voluntary pre-proposal conference will be held in the Main Lobby of the Oregon Convention Center, located at 777 NE MLK Jr Blvd, Portland, OR 97232 (intersection of NE MLK Jr. Blvd and Oregon St) on February 18, 2015 at 11:00 am. Interested proposers and subcontractors are encouraged to attend the conference in order to gain information about the RFP requirements

Metro may accept or reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part, or waive irregularities not affecting substantial rights if such action is deemed in the public interest.
