Former Black Panther William Potts, who was convicted in Cuba of hijacking a U.S. commercial plane in 1984 and forcing it to land at the island nation, landed Wednesday morning in Miami, Florida, where he is expected to turn himself in to U.S. authorities. A U.S. court indicted him in 1985 in connection with the incident.
