The City of Portland, Bureau of Environmental Services is seeking an experienced Wastewater Collection System Division Manager. The Collection System Division is responsible for protecting the public health, water quality, and the environment by maintaining and operating sewer, pumping, stormwater, and pollution reduction facilities. The division operates and maintains the sewer collection and stormwater systems in a manner that meets established standards at a value that equals or exceeds that of other municipalities and private operators providing an equivalent level of service.”
