Cleveland WEWS-TV Terry Brooks denies rape charges

Cleveland sports anchor Terry Brooks was indicted Wednesday on one count of kidnapping and four counts each of rape and attempted rape. The WEWS-TV anchor denies the charges. It was with a 21 year old woman he already knew who he took home from Jack's Sports Bar and Grill. Months later said she hadn't given consent.
