Requesting proposals for the renovation of an existing three-story residential building in NE Portland. LMC is requesting proposals from the following trades: Insulation, Finish Carpentry, Drywall, Floor coverings and Window Coverings. All other trades will be excluded from consideration.
Project is subject to residential prevailing wages, MWESB utilization goals, workforce training program and Section 3 compliance.
