The construction of the SE Grace Avenue Phase I
project, between SE Rasmussen Boulevard and SE
Eaton Boulevard, will include the construction of curb
and gutter, sidewalk, and planter strip on both sides
of the street. Additionally, rock and asphalt will be
placed along the length of the project to create travel
and bike lanes. Sanitary, storm, and water utilities
will be placed with the project.
