2012 Contracting Opportunity for Professional Engineering and Consulting Projects



During the calendar year 2012, Clark County Public Transportation Benefit Area (C-TRAN) anticipates projects, which may require “on call” services of engineering, architectural, or other professional nature. C-TRAN will categorize “on call” services as those that are incidental, on a case-by-case basis, and costing no more than $25,000 per project. The following list of projects may be addressed by C-TRAN, on an “on call” basis during the upcoming year.



• On call small engineering projects

• On call communication technology - i.e. radio, voice, or data consulting

• Real estate, acquisition, and relocation services

• Information Technology Consultation

• Information Security Consultation

• Intelligent Transportation System Consultation

• On call legal services (opinion and document review)

• On call GIS Services



Consultants interested in any of these upcoming opportunities are requested to submit general Statements of Interest and Qualifications on or before May 17, 2012. Completed statements should be mailed to Julie Syring, Financial Manager, C-TRAN, PO Box 2529, Vancouver, WA 98668-2529 or via e-mail to procurement@c-tran.org



Statements should include a brief letter of introduction and a resume. Please limit the response to no more than ten pages in length. Please do not submit notebooks or spiral binders. All information received will be retained for one year. The consultants to be considered for the projects listed above will be selected from those consultants on file or from responses to future advertisements for services specific to a project. Ensure e-mail contact information is included in your document.
