On-Call Special Inspection Services at the Oregon Zoo

RFP 13-2163

The Oregon Zoo, a department of Metro, a metropolitan service district organized under the laws of the State of Oregon and the Metro Charter, located at 600 NE Grand Avenue, Portland, OR 97232-2736, is requesting proposals for On-Call Special Inspection Services at the Oregon Zoo.

Sealed proposals are due close of business Tuesday, August 14, 2012, in Metro’s business offices at 600 NE Grand Avenue, Portland, OR 97232-2736, Attention: Karen Slusarenko, RFP 13-2163.

Metro is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide services, as outlined in the Professional Services Contract (Appendix A to the RFP), including but not limited to: Concrete Pour Observation; Slump, Air, Temperature Testing; Concrete Compression Tests; Reinforcing Steel; Bolts; Field Welding Observation; Shop Welding Observation; Steel Placement and Connections; and Other Inspection Services as Required by the Contract Documents. Provide reports and final letter as required by the City of Portland Bureau of Development Services and the contract documents.
