ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY INITIATIVE – MICROENTERPRISE SERVICES
The Portland Development Commission (PDC) is seeking sealed competitive proposals from qualified and experienced non-profits to provide Economic Opportunity Initiative-Microenterprise services throughout Portland, as outlined in RFP # 11-12. The full RFP can be downloaded from the PDC website at www.pdc.us on or after February 10, 2012. A voluntary pre-proposal meeting for the RFP will be held on February 16, 2012, at 10:30 AM (Pacific) in the PDC first floor Commission Conference Room at 222 NW 5th Avenue, Portland, Oregon. Instructions for attendance at the meeting can be found in Section 6.3 of the RFP. Proposals must be received no later than March 23, 2012, by 2:00 PM (Pacific) at 222 NW 5th Avenue, Portland, OR 97209. Fax, oral, or email proposals will not be accepted.
