Gray’s Landing Affordable Apartments
Waiting list opens August 18th at 10:00am at the Gray’s Landing Leasing Office, located on the corner of SW Lowell and SW Bond. Apply in person. Gray’s Landing is an Affordable Housing Community in Portland’s South Waterfront developed by REACH CDC, and is completing construction in December 2012. Studio, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments will be available to households with incomes below 60% of area median income.
