Portland Public Schools, School District No. 1J, Multnomah County, seeks written Bids from qualified firms to provide reroofing services. A Mandatory Pre-Bid conference will be held at 9:30 AM on March 27, 2013, at Bridlemile School, 4300 SW 47th Ave., Portland, OR 97221, and continuing to Lewis School, 4401 SE Evergreen St., Portland, OR 97206. Sign in is mandatory at Bridlemile School only. Sealed Bids, in an envelope clearly listing the vendor name and Bid title, will be received by Paul Williams, Contract Analyst at: Bid Desk, Purchasing & Contracting, Blanchard Education Service Center, 501 N. Dixon St, Portland OR 97227, not later than 2:00 PM, April 11, 2013.
