The Portland Housing Bureau (PHB) is seeking qualified applications for a FT Housing Program Specialist (HPS) The PHB is achieving our Mission by actively implementing our Strategic Plan that includes a commitment to Equity in the work we do for our city.The HPS will be a member of the Housing Asset Management team and will be responsible for analyzing annual operating performances based on historical data and prepare performance summaries, resulting in department trending data for budgeting processes and ongoing asset performance evaluations. Conducts risk management analysis and monitors properties owner’s insurances, compliances, financial structures, capital expenditures, planning activities and is expected to complete annual reviews of property compliances and financial performances.
