REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
ARCHITECTURAL / ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR SALEM MUNICIPAL AIRPORT
The Urban Development Department of the City of Salem, Oregon (hereinafter referred to as “Salem”) is soliciting proposals from a qualification-based firm to provide Architectural/Engineering Services for the Salem Municipal Airport.
The actual services required vary from project to project and is usually an unanticipated situation. The Consultant must have an understanding of the current City, State, and Federal rules and procedures for Federal grant projects.
The City of Salem will receive sealed proposals at the Office of the Purchasing Administrator in the City Hall, Contracts & Procurement Division, 555 Liberty Street SE, Room 330, Salem Oregon 97301, until, but not after 4:00 p.m. (LOCAL TIME), September 24, 2010.
