Separate sealed bids for the GEOTHERMAL PIPE MATERIAL located in Lakeview, Oregon, will be received by Ray Simms, Manager, at 525 North 1st Street, Lakeview, Oregon, 97630, until 2:00 P.M., local time, March 21, 2013. The bids will be publicly opened, announced, and made available for public inspection at 2:00 PM on March 21, 2013. The bids shall be mailed or delivered; fax or electronic transmissions will not be accepted.
Generally the work consists of delivering 22,937 lineal feet of 6 inch and 5,493 lineal feet of 4 inch preinsulated geothermal supply pipe. EPDM gaskets and straight run joint kits shall be incidental to the pipe supplied, along with end seals for insulation cover.
CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be examined and obtained from Anderson Engineering and Surveying, Inc., P.O. Box 28, 17681 Hwy 395, Lakeview, OR 97630. Hard copies will be available for $25.00 for each set, or arrangements can be made to receive electronic copies by contacting Carmen Tague at carment@andersonengineering.com
No bidder may withdraw or modify their bid after the hour set for the opening thereof until after the lapse of sixty (60) days from the bid opening. Owner may waive any informality in the bidding process.
