ScreenWise Quality Assurance Coordinator
The Oregon ScreenWise program improves health equity for uninsured and medically underserved Oregonians by supporting evidence-based practices to increase breast and cervical cancer screening for women over age 21 and heart health screening for women over age 40. The ScreenWise Quality Assurance Coordinator works with ScreenWise providers to improve service quality and service delivery. This position is responsible for administering quality assurance reviews, implementing quality improvement plans, and conducting technical assistance trainings.
