METRO Pole Building and Shed Demolition ITB 3473 Metro, a metropolitan service district organized under the laws of the State of Oregon and the Metro Charter, located at 600 NE Grand Avenue, Portland, OR 97232-2736, is hereby inviting sealed bids from COBID certified firms only for Pole Building and Shed Demolition and Site Clean-Up for the Metro Parks and Nature Department. Sealed bids are due no later than 2:00 p.m., March 8, 2018 in Metro’s business offices at 600 NE Grand Avenue, Portland, OR 97232-2736, Attention: Karen Slusarenko, Procurement Analyst, ITB 3473. The work of this contract will include Contractor demolishing and legally disposing of the Metal Pole Building, foundation, planter, concrete slab, sidewalks and items associated with the structures, including debris around the structures. The Contractor shall legally abandon the septic tank by pumping the tank and backfilling with rock or sand. A Voluntary Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for all potential prime and sub-contractors on February 22, 2018, at 10:00 a.m. at 11197 N. Portland Road, Portland, Oregon.
